General Requirements:

6. Ticket onward and return
7. Hotel confirmation
8. If applicant is working - need to give salary slip last 3 months, personal bank statement last 3 months with Minimum Balance above Rs 50000/- Per head
Additional Document Requirements Based on Applicant Profile
Business Owners / Self-Employed (Proprietor, Partner, Freelancer):
- Detailed covering letter on company letterhead explaining the purpose of travel
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate or GST Certificate
- Personal Income Tax Returns (ITR) – Last 2 years
- Personal bank statement – Last 3 months
Retired Applicants:
- Copy of Government Pension Book or
- Relieving letter from previous employer (for private sector retirees)
- Any other valid retirement proof
Women Traveling Alone:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from husband
- Husband’s occupation proof
- Copy of husband’s passport
Students:
- Copy of School/College ID card
- Bonafide certificate from the educational institution
Visiting Relatives in Singapore:
- Invitation letter signed by inviter with their email ID and contact number
- Copy of inviter’s passport (first and last page)
- Copy of FIN card or NRIC (Singapore ID)
- Valid relationship proof between inviter and applicant
Unemployed Applicants:
- Sponsor letter from the person funding the trip
- Sponsor’s income proof (e.g., rental agreement or bank statement – last 3 months)
- Sponsor’s signature proof (passport or government-issued ID copy)

Singapore Business Visa – Required Documents Checklist
General Requirements:
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity from date of travel to Singapore - If traveled earlier to Singapore all old passports Required
- Application Form 14A with passenger’s Signature. Photo to be affixed in the form & cross signed by the passenger
- 2 colored photographs with white background, 35x45mm in size taken in the last 2 months with face covering 80% of the photo area in Glossy Finish
- Original Covering Letter from the Company indicating the purpose of travel, Passport No, travelling companions (to list name and passport number) Travel Dates, Monthly/Annual Income details & contact no
- Salary slips for the last 3 months
- Last 3 months bank statement of the passenger with sufficient balance
- Letter of Invitation and V39 from with seal and sign from Singapore company
- Authorization letter to signed ( no need to Fill )
