Singapore Tourist Visa

1] Visa application form [Form No. 14A] duly filled and signed by pax with one ink pen and one handwriting without any correction and whitener mark and write Name and Address other details in as per passport.

2] Passport should be valid minimum 6 months for the return date of India.

3] Two recent color photographs 35mm x 45mm dark shirt with white background matt finish 80% face and both ear should be visible [write name and passport number on the back of the  photographs ]  

4] Original covering letter from passenger with mentioned working details, travelling details and whole travel details, if working required visiting card copy or 1 month salary slip copy or any employment proof copy/ if self employed required visiting card copy or any self employment proof

5] Hotel confirmation as per travel date.

6] Ticket Itinerary.

7] Fully Vaccinated certificate copy.

8] Copy of personal bank statement for last 03 month.
