Please note that visa services are currently available only for the following categories:

 Students (F1 Visa)
 Urgent Business Travel (B1 Visa with proper documentation)
 Dependent Visas (H4, L2, etc.) – ONLY if the primary work visa holder is already in the USA and holds a valid visa stamped in their passport

Documents Required to Start the Process

• Copy of passport (first & last page)

• Copies of previous USA visas (if applicable)

• Details Inquiry Form (provided by us)

• Visa Fee: Approx. USD 185 (~₹16,095)

• Our Service Charges: ₹3,500/- per person

Additional Supporting Documents

1. Proof of Hotel Accommodation
   OR
   Passport copy of the inviter (if visiting family/friends)

2. Employment Confirmation & Leave Approval Letter (on company letterhead)

3. Financial Documents:

   • Last 3 months' salary slips

   • Last 6 months' bank statements (online download acceptable)

   • Last 3 years' IT returns

4. Proof of Assets in India (e.g., property, investments – photocopies acceptable)
5. Valid Passport:
   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return
   • Include photocopy of first and last pages
   • Include old passports (if available)

Visa Appointment Process

There are 2 appointments required:

1. Biometric Appointment (OFC – Offsite Facilitation Center)

   • Fingerprints will be collected

   • A photo will be clicked

2. Visa Interview at the US Consulate
   • We will schedule both appointments and inform you of the dates

Applicant must carry:

• DS-160 Confirmation Page (provided by us)

• Interview Appointment Confirmation (provided by us)

Processing Time

• Visa stamping generally takes 5 working days after a successful interview

Important Notes

• As per the latest update, visa appointments are now mandatory even for renewal applicants.

• Those eligible for interview waiver must still book an appointment for dropbox submission at designated US Visa Application Centers in India.

• Full guidance will be provided only after service fee payment.

2. Cover Letter from your Employer stating your designation, purpose of visit, and leave approval

3. Financial Proofs:

   • Last 3 months' pay slips

   • Last 6 months' bank statements (Online versions are accepted)

   • Last 3 years' Income Tax Returns

4. Proof of Assets in India (Property, investments, etc.)

5. Valid Passport:

   • Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return

   • Include photocopy of first & last pages

   • Include old passports, if available
